Payment and delivery

Order steps

  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and click the "Checkout" button.
  2. In the "View Cart" menu that appears, click the "Proceed to Cart" button.
  3. On the Cart page, you can change the quantity of each item. Click "Next" to move to the next point in the ordering process.   
  4. If you are not yet logged in to our site, you can log in, register or continue placing your order as a guest (without registration) at point 1 of the ordering process (Login). If you have already logged in, this step is skipped.
  5. In point 2 of the order, in the Receipt data section, select the most suitable collection method, which can be personal collection (Posticum, Nagyvárad, Teiului 26) or home delivery by post.
  6. If you have already ordered on our site, our system automatically offers you the parameters and data recorded during the previous order, which of course you can change.
    • Select the pick-up point or fill in the delivery address information, enter a notification phone number, if a delivery note is required, and click "Next".
  7. In point 3 of the order (Invoicing and payment), you can choose the payment method that suits you best, and here you can enter the invoicing data. If you have already ordered on our site, our system will automatically offer you the parameters and data recorded during the previous order, which of course you can change here as well.
    • Payment is only possible online.
  8. In the 4th step of the order (Summary), you can check the selected products, the chosen delivery method, the specified billing data, and the contents of the basket.
    • If a change is necessary, you can go back to the Basket or to points 2. (Receipt data) and 3. (Billing and payment) of the order.
    • If all data is correct, by clicking the Order button, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions of the site.
  9. After successful payment, after pressing the Finalize the order button, your order identifier and information about the order will appear on our website.

Payment terms

Online bank card payment

  • Purchases via the Website are only possible by bank card payment.
  • On the payment page, the transaction is authenticated using HTTPS (encrypted) communication, where the bank card number, expiration date and the three-digit verification code (CVC2, CVV2) are requested. Posticumbooks.org does not store the bank card data provided on the payment page in any way.
  • In the event of a successful bank transaction, the customer will be notified by e-mail about the fact of the order.
  • Stripe's general terms and conditions and data protection declaration can be found on the website https://stripe.com/en-hu/privacy-center/legal, which you accept by using this page.

Delivery conditions
The price indicated next to the goods is the purchase price of the goods, which also includes VAT. The purchase prices included in the order placed for already published products will certainly not change in the period between placing the order and receiving the goods, so you pay the price that you see on the site when ordering. If you decide to change your order after placing your original order, the shipping fee will be paid based on the price of the products to be delivered (for example, if you buy two books instead of the three books you originally ordered, our system will charge the shipping fee based on the price of the two books you finally purchased recalculate).
