After the welcoming words of Péter Mustó and Eszter Tariska, in the first part of the volume we can read a personal account of the author's life journey (Abroad and yet at home) and then his study on the contemplative phase of the Szentignác spiritual exercises (The contemplative phase of the Szentignác spiritual exercises), which is the theoretical foundation of his entire spiritual practice .
